Pricing and Payment

Pricing and Payment It is important to get your free estimate early; as there usually is a brief wait from the time you get your estimate until work actually commences.  All jobs will need to be seen personally by Randy to receive a fixed price for how much the work to be done will cost. No jobs are quoted "by the hour", so there are no surprises or unexpected expenses for the customer. Quotes for drywall/stucco ceiling repairs include cost for materials needed to complete the work as well as labor.

Persons in the process of having the drywall installed can only be given an approximate estimate of how much the job will cost unless all of the drywall has been installed. It is necessary for it to be this way to prevent any misunderstandings.

In order to put customers at ease and to demonstrate the confidence Randy has in his work, payment is generally not necessary until the job is finished to your satisfaction. In rare instances, progress payments may be required, but both parties will agree upon this before any work commences.

Payment due will be what was quoted in writing and agreed to by the customer and Randy and the amount paid will not exceed this unless additional work/changes are requested beyond what was originally agreed to. Minor additional work may be included at little or no charge provided this is brought to Randy's attention soon enough. It is extremely important to bring to Randy's attention any requests for changes/extras as soon as possible so these details can be worked out smoothly without misunderstandings. Please feel free to ask questions about anything you are not sure about or any concerns you may have regarding the work being done in your home.

Randy believes in giving people a fair, bottom line price that is generally not negotiable. He will try to work within reasonable budgets that people have, and there may be ways the customer can help lower costs for themselves. Randy has confidence in his prices and encourages people to get other estimates so they can compare for themselves. Whether you trust an individual in your home and have confidence in his or her ability to deliver top quality work on time should also be factors you consider in addition to how much the job will cost.
